Can graffiti be art?
Is painting on old buildings and walls considered an art form?
Many people believe that graffiti is a piece of art work while others think it is vandalism. Both sides to the discussion are very strong, but one side of the argument might be a little stronger.
Graffiti can beautify what is left of an old building. Graffiti helps people express themselves.
Graffiti is vandalism if the piece of wall is just carelessly scribbled on. Most of the time it is just scribbled on and has had no real care taken into it.
Graffiti may be pleasant or unpleasant but it can still be considered a piece of art.
